Release notes Topicus KeyHub 43

Written by Sven Haster | 8/09/2025

We're proud to present Topicus KeyHub 43, our summer edition. This version includes the ability to add members to a group as part of an audit, application-wide protection against double-clicking 'Save' buttons, and completely redesigned pages for managing groups. As always, we've also included a number of smaller improvements and fixes.

Redesigned My Groups-pages

TKH-3416 The pages for managing groups were redesigned to align with our latest style guide, just as with the application pages in previous versions. All relevant information is now displayed on a single page and the list of group members can also be searched or filtered.
  • TKH-3404 The Remove-button for groups has been moved to the overview page from the edit page.

Adding accounts during audits

TKH-1901 The group audit page was also reworked and redesigned to align with our most recent style guide. Additionally, we introduced functionality to add a member as part of the audit. New accounts are added to the bottom of the members table. These modifications otherwise function in the same way as modifications to existing members, including the ability to save the audit as a draft or have it reviewed by another group.
  • TKH-3464 We also improved conflict resolution of changes to group memberships while performing an audit.
